Lesley Stalker is head of tax at Robert James Partnership and the Managing Director at TAX UK. Since founding Robert James’ tax practice over 10 years ago, Lesley has played an instrumental role in developing this area of the firm’s business. Today, strategic tax planning accounts for 50% of Robert James Partnerships’ annual revenues.
Lesley’s specialist expertise includes strategic tax planning for business, in particular exit strategy planning, mergers and acquisitions. She also provides tax advice for high net worth individuals in the areas of property tax, IHT and CGT planning.

 Paul Webb, Technical Director, CTA, ATT
Paul Webb is a tax partner at Robert James Partnership and the Technical Director at TAX UK. Since joining Robert James in 1998 he has specialized in identifying and developing tax planning strategies for individuals and companies alike. He is also experienced in providing taxation support and advice to other firms of accountants and tax advisers.
Paul is a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.

 Anne Eager CTA, ACA
Anne Eager is the Enquiries Manager at TAX UK. As the Revenue have started to take a more aggressive stance in their policing of all areas of tax compliance, Anne has become specialised in dealing with the resulting investigations. She has worked with clients directly and also has a wealth of experience working alongside accountancy firms who have come to TAX UK for assistance in dealing with enquiries opened into their own clients. In addition, Anne has a wealth of experience in dealing with construction businesses and advising on compliance with the new CIS rules and subcontractor status. |
